Como Residences is Nakheel's ultra-luxury flagship on Palm Jumeirah, designed as a 300-metre, 75-storey tower (G+3P+71) shaped to evoke an organic seashell rising from the water. Set to become the tallest building on the island, it will offer sweeping 180°–360° views of the Arabian Gulf, Burj Al Arab, Ain Dubai and the Dubai skyline from wrap-around balconies.
